I teach three undergraduate courses at the Department of Environment, University of the Aegean: Environmental Law, Environmental Sociology and Environmental Politics. I also teach a course on Environmental Politics and Policy to the postgraduate students of the M.Sc. course 'Environmental Policy and Management', in the Department of Environment.
I have also been an invited lecturer at the Departments of Sociology and of Education & Educational Design, University of the Aegean and currently at the International Hellenic University (IHU), Greece, and at the central European University (CEU), Hungary, where I taught/teach both undergraduate and postgraduate courses.

Mrs Dimitra Sirou is researching the role of Environmental NGOs in the collaborative management of natural resources. Dimitra studied in the Universities of Athens and the Aegean and is awarded an IKY Ph.D. scholarship.
I am currently involved in an international project called COMPON (Comparing Climate Change Policy Networks). COMPON studies the advocacy coalitions concerning climate change policies.
It is co-ordinated Jeff Broadbent, University of Minessota, USA.
